Step 1: Choose a Plan of Attack

Engage in quarterly maintenance to assess your Call Performance over a period of three months, then implement customized training based on your Call Analysis results.

Commit to a six-month plan to assess Call Performance for three months, implement customized training, and then evaluate performance post-training to see how well it stuck!

Months

Annual evaluation includes twelve months of Call Performance analysis, punctuated with training every 4-6 months. Each customized training module builds upon the previous so learning stays relevant and top-of-mind. PLUS, 12-Month clients get an automatic 5% discount on calls!


Step 2: Choose a Call Analysis Level

We assess your staff's Customer Experience by placing calls into your firm, posing as potential clients. We then analyze your performance with both objective and subjective data points in 10 categories covering every aspect of the CX—from before the phone rings to the follow-up.

Prices are quoted per call. We recommend at least 3 calls per location per month, or 2 calls per staff member per month—whichever is greater—to allow us to use multiple scripts and gain comprehensive insights into your CX.
